Product Details Feature Parameter Application

The general-purpose equipment to recycle and utilize waste tires. After loading the waste materials into the pyrolysis furnace, closing the feeding door, following the operating procedures, then you can obtain oil products. Throughout the entire production process, the generated exhaust gas is sent to the furnace for combustion after purification treatment. Combustible gas, which does not condense at room temperature, will not be emitted into the atmosphere. Simultaneously, the smoke generated during combustion in the furnace is treated by an efficient dust removal device. The equipment achieves significant thermal efficiency with minimal fuel consumption.

  1. Highly Efficient Processing: The equipment is typically designed to efficiently process used tires, ensuring a fast and effective conversion process to minimize processing time and resource waste.
  2. Versatility: Tire pyrolysis equipment may feature versatility, capable of handling various types and specifications of used tires to adapt to different waste sources.
  3. Environmentally Friendly Design: Modern tire pyrolysis equipment often emphasizes environmentally friendly design, employing advanced technologies and processes to minimize emissions and environmental impact.
  4. Product Diversity: Certain tire pyrolysis equipment can produce a variety of products such as fuel oil, carbon black, and steel wire, enhancing the diversity of resource recovery.
  5. Economic Viability: Considering investment and operational costs, tire pyrolysis equipment may be designed as an economically viable solution, making it more attractive in commercial and industrial settings.

The products obtained from tire pyrolysis equipment have various applications. For example, carbon black obtained after pyrolysis can be utilized in the chemical industry. By pyrolyzing used tires, it is possible to produce energy products such as fuel oil and liquefied gas, which can be used for industrial purposes such as power generation or heating.
